The emergency fee (up to 50% from the normal price of the translation) is applied to urgent translations that are delivered on the same day or within several hours. The client needs to be aware of the fact that it is physically impossible to translate on the same day documents that are more than 5 pages long. For documents that need to be legalised there is the main condition that the text that is going to be translated must be submitted until lunch time, as we need to take into account the Notary Public schedule as well.

The prices are estimates and differ according to the level of difficulty of the translation, density of the page, type of document and terms of delivery.

Apostila is a square seal, identical in all the states that are members of the Hague Convention and is applied to original documents by the Competent Authority (Local Prefecture). Through this, the states that are part of the Hague Convention are obliged to recognize the issued documents.
Type of documents that require the apostila:
– Civil status documents (birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates), criminal records;
– Education documents: diplomas, scholastic and academic records
– Medical documents: medical certificates and records
– Legal documents

 Absolutely not. Each country applies the “apostila” on its own issued documents. For instance, Romanian documents receive the “apostila” ONLY in Romania, Italian documents receive the “apostila” ONLY in Italy and so on.

Superlegalisation represents the application of an apostila but this time by the competent Court house. In fact, it represents the legalisation of a legalisation and also the procedure through which the Court legalises a document that has already been legalised by a Notary Public.

The Court superlegalises the following documents: Divorce sentences, court decisions, declarations made at the notary public, the legalised translations of these documents. Duplicates or photocopies of Romanian documents that have been previously legalised by a notary public

Legalised translation represents the translation of official documents presented in original. To save time, the translator can do the translation of the photocopy of the original document, but the legalisation at the Notary Public can be made only if the original document is presented.

For documents that must be legalised, the original document is required. For other documents, the copy is sufficient.

Consecutive interpretation means the interpreter is near the client and he/she translates almost after each sentence or phrase.

Simultaneous interpretation means translation that is done simultaneously with the pronunciation of the text that needs to be translated. For simultaneous interpretation a team of 2 interpreters is needed and the conference room has to be equipped with the necessary equipment (headphones, microphones and interpreter cabins).
